Sasha Damouni Ellis

Founding Partner

Sasha Damouni Ellis is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career in corporate affairs, investor relations, and media. She is the Founding Partner of Damouni Group, where she drives the firm’s strategic vision and growth within the healthcare industry. She is also a Senior Advisor to Arena Advisory Group, a New York-based global communications firm.

Sasha’s extensive experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., where she led communications, investor relations, and corporate strategy. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Investor Relations at Marinus Pharma, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s public profile and investor relations.

Previously, Sasha served as Director of U.S. External Communications & Media Relations for Pharmaceuticals at Bayer, where she led external communications strategies for the company’s U.S. pharmaceutical division. She spent close to a decade of her career as a healthcare reporter at Bloomberg News, where she spent nearly seven years covering biotech, pharma, and healthcare services. She also launched Pharmawire (BioPharm Insight) for Mergermarket, which was later acquired by the Financial Times Group.

Sasha holds a Master of Arts in International Journalism from City, University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Richmond, The American International University in London.
